Sometimes things have to be ruined for something new (and most of the time the right thing) to begin. Often something has to force you to ‘move on’ or to try DO something new.

For a while I have been wondering what strawberry sushi will taste like. It has been on the menu at Minato for the longest time – forever. Sounds a bit dry and bland, huh? Last week I ordered sushi lunch and decided to have strawberry sushi for dessert. You need dessert, even after sushi.
You have to see the ‘aftermath’ photos. No, rather not – you might judge. It looked like more than once person shared my lunch, but I only asked for 1 set of chopsticks. Ate it all.
At least I do not have to wonder about that anymore. It is tasty and I will definitely order it again. Seeing that it is strawberry season and they taste extra good.
There has been another thing I have been wondering about. A quote. A statement. Something Caterina Fake said.
