pixelpads.

“Napkinds are so passe”, but wait – who needs a napkin when you can have an iPad? But wait… you did not book a flight to the US to buy one – or you just did not want to stand in that queue. Okay, now think iPad. “No plugs. No batteries. No charging. Always on. The perfect place to dump your brain.” No charging? Nope.

Introducing PixelPads.

Like Kermit the Frog says, “It’s not easy being green.” It’s even harder when your product is made of 99% paper. Fortunately, with a little research and a little more determination, we made it happen. Our products are created using vegetable inks, certified and recycled paper products, and lots of little recycle reminders to help keep PixelPads zero impact.

Oh! And each PixelPad comes with Sharpies! Super.

Quite unique little greeting cards by We Are Messengers. Mishy Lane did the styling and took the photos and I just love that they added coral to the mix. Favorite.

ui stencils.

After my Fashionary post, I received a comment from Alan about UI Stencils. These are quite handy if you are into UI design for the web, iPhone and even the iPad.

I will admit that the Browser Sketch Pad caught my eye first. After that I noticed the column widths on the Stainless Steel Website Stencil Kit. Quite handy, but now I want these guys in Seattle to create more.

pencil printer.

I heard about this little creation a while ago and then recently discovered the updated version.

Clever idea, because if you make a mistake you can erase it with an eraser aka “a rubber”. Only problem with that, what happens after a few weeks when the pencil starts fading due to smudges?

Either way, it looks pretty and it’s small. If you are interested to know how it works (in detail), they explain it perfect at Yanko Design and there is a video too.

There is something about a clean, crisp, black letter on a sheet of white paper.

Some of the best ideas start with pen and paper. Just look at how Gilles Belley brought his drawings and concepts to life.

Time to brush up on your German – or just your imagination.

green marker.

My plant died a slow death and I really need to add more green to Narry’s Hole. Maybe I can add some green with these Green Markers?

passion journals.

What’s your passion? Well, Moleskine just made it easier for you with their Passion Journals. They have been out for a while, but I recently discovered it again.

You can choose a recipe, wellness, film, book, music or wine journal.

Or if you really want, all of the above – of course. My Moleskine collection is too big right now. Too many. Too many. Must. Stop.

Indulge yourself.
