There is not much that you can do with paint swatches, other than hold it against your wall and make the wrong decisions about which color you will cover your walls with. Yup, it is always too light and then you wish that these paint swatches were bigger.
After many, many years paint swatches finally have another purpose. A good one.

It makes me sad to know that this is a “dying art form”. There is so much precision and hard work that goes into this, not to mention the passion these painters have.
One day, will it all be gone? Hope not.
Recently saw Francoise Nielly colorful artwork and spotted it again this morning. In a way I cannot get enough, maybe it is because I painted my bedroom walls dark grey, and I am now in need of a serious color dose?
