flashkus.

Ever thought of a disposable, recyclable and fairly cheap flash drive?

It is made of cardboard. Cheap enough to tear it off, copy files, write on it and give it to a friend (or client).

Too clever, too clever. Even though it is made of cardboard (I would assume that it would be best to keep away from waaater).

You can thank Russian design team Lebedev for this design.

lufdesign.

Okay, you have to see more of these leaf ties by Lufdesign.

If leaves are not your “thing”, they have a fork and cream sauce too.

leaf tie.

Wouldn’t you want to tie these around just about anything and everything? Adding a little leafy accessory, designed by Lufdesign, to random things in and around your home.

Seriously, when was the last time 2 little leaves made you smile?

icade.

Okay now I might want an iPad. For only $150 you can pimp your iPad with an arcade cabinet. All for the love of Pacman.

In case you were wondering, the iCade App will be available at the App Store soon. For free.

infinite usb.

Great concept design by designer Jiang Gonglue. Spacesaver! No more unplugging. Yee-ay.

“A new kind of USB plug-in, provides an USB port when occupies one. There is no limitation of the USB port of labtop anymore.”

moviepeg.

Yeah okay, I think I would secretly like to have an iPhone. Mostly because of all the “cool things” that come with it – like the MoviePeg. In the meantime I will just hate it. The iPhone that is.

“Forget awkwardly propping up your iPhone with your bag or that complicated tripod contraption. Add MoviePeg to your iPhone, adjust the angle and like magic you’ll be in relaxed viewing heaven. And it’s not just for movies; use it in the kitchen when following recipes, with the guys watching sports, as a night-stand for your alarm clock, in the garage working through those how-to instructions, or keeping the kids entertained without the evidence of sticky little fingers. No matter how you use it, MoviePeg is your super portable iPhone tilting wonder.”

aspiral clocks.

The red ball rests on the spiral ledge and as the spiral turns slowly over twelve hours, the ball travels along the ledge to the middle. When the clock strikes 12, the ball drops through the hole in the middle and then the whole process starts all over again.

The Aspiral clock comes in a box with two balls and 6 AA batteries. Apparently you will receive a certificate of ownership too.

Now pick a color, any color. They have “rainbow” on the list too.

sunbox.

Clever ideas. Out of the box, into the sun – clever ideas. Thanks to designer Jinsic Kim.

How does this Sunbox work then? It plays on this theory that on your way out to work, you hang out the device on your clothesline and when you get back in the evening, it’s all charged up. Latch it on to your TV, Music System, hairdryer; basically stuff that you use only when you’re back home!

Goodbye plastic – hello air!

the library e-book.

Just when you think you’ve found the best one, they think of an even better one. Think I’ll stick to just buying the books.

Oh, and this one has a keyboard.

I still prefer the Skiff though.
