If you know me well, you will know that Forever 21 is my all time favorite store. Yes, I do know that TopShop is just down the road, but it does not matter. Plus, I have items in my cupboard that only cost $3 and you will never know. Now that you do – shhh.
Forever 21 expanded their brand a few years ago, and one of my favorites? Heritage 1981. How can you not love it?
