Not your average “illustrator“. Oh, so you have seen better? Really? Well, these are his only tools.

Now what do you have to say? Quite impressive, huh?

Great ads by DDB Brazil for Fedex Express. Photos by Manolo Moran. Reminded me a bit of Google Maps envelopes.

Maybe because I am sleepy and maybe because I had The Princess and The Pea on my mind yesterday (not going to explain this one…), but loving Lissy Elle‘s photoshoot. Sleepy princesses, oh how I wish I was one.
“Once in a while, I act like a child to feel like a kid again. It gets like a prison in this body I’m living in. because everyone’s watching, and quick to start talking, I’m loosing my innocence. Wish I were a little girl, without the weight of the world.” – Lights

And Tokyo Glow.

As a little Narry I used to draw the tiniest, little people and objects, so small that it took hours fill an entire page – and of course I had to fill the page. I remember drawing a palace with a princess, it was as if the palace was cut in half and you could see every room. Oh and I filled every single room with furniture, people – the whole works, everything you could find in a palace had to be there.
BUT! These illustrations by Jan Feliks will keep you staring for hours. Laaah-ve it! Tiny, little objects filling one space and every time you look at it, you will see something that you did not notice the last time you looked at it.

Nope, I am not getting gross, but Finger in the Nose is a clothing line – for kids. Looking at these photos I am not quite sure how much of “kids” they are, but how cute!?

Hen House by Frederik Roije is “an architectural wonder of the fowl world”. Taking free range to another level I would say – breed retreat.

I cannot describe the love I have for Isaac Slade’s voice and this song. Happiness.
Happiness is like the old man told me
Look for it, but you’ll never find it all
Let it go, live your life and leave it
Then one day, wake up and she’ll be home
Home, home, home

I am afraid to say, but I think these kids have a much better wardrobe than mine.

Graffiti hunting is what I call it. You wake up extra early, get on a train heading towards Brooklyn. Get a coffee, browse around the little bookshops and then you start wandering the streets and admire the graffiti that decorate most of the buildings. One of my top 5 favorite things to do. Graffiti hunting.
“Urban Puns is an ongoing project by Brazilian/New Yorker photographer Gabriel Mendes, to shoot random people, in front of graffiti murals in New York, Rio de Jainero & Sao Paulo/Los Angeles. (Shot between 2006 and 2008)”
No need to explain why this caught my eye.
