Today, 2 years ago – my Dad passed away. He never used to talk about his feelings and found other ways to deal with it, but he had a GIANT, BEEEG heart, he was a real softy too.

One thing I got from him – apart from fat and funny-looking toes – giving to other people. It’s just something we do and we can’t stop. I see it as a blessing, it feels good to give. Thanks Wooly!

When I was a little Narry, Dad used to sing this song to me. I never knew the lyrics, except for the “Say Me Say You” part… and of course I thought I was extra special, because I knew a Lionel Richie song.

Listening to it now, I think this was my Dad’s way of talking to me – especially when he didn’t know how to deal with the emotions.

Til this day, I know he walks beside me, telling me “everything will be okay”.
