There are so many fonts that are created by Joe Soap, his sister and their second cousin – most of them look horrible. Yup, download any free font and you might be able to confirm that this is true.
What happened to real typography though? Even though Amandine Alessandra’s “WOW” might not be considered as typography, I think it’s the most fun and out-of-the-box font I’ve seen in a long time. Wow.
